Online Training Pediatric Rheumatology
Pediatric Rheumatology is a relatively new or underdeveloped specialty in India and many parts of the world. Its teaching in medical schools and learning opportunities during practice are limited. Dr. Raju Khubchandani has devised PROMISe and CLUBe 22’ to bridge these gaps and increase awareness of this very bedside and ambulatory specialty which he believes can be practiced “even under a banyan tree”. The objective is to equip medical professionals caring for children to suspect, dissect mimics from true rheumatologic illness, refer early and understand principles of care of children with musculoskeletal complaints.
PROMISe Next Batch and Clube22 next sessions to be announced
PROMISe, an IAP Rheumatology Chapter accredited, certificate course structured over 10 live, interactive web-based sessions (20 hours) with home assignments, reading material, quiz and an MCQ based exam. The course has been peer reviewed and endorsed by the Pediatric Rheumatology Society of India.

CLUBe 22’, derives its name from the fact it will feature as a live interactive session on the 22nd of most months (since it is impossible to derive consensus on which day of the week works for all!) and register upto 22 spokes for each session. The format would be a free thinking, free talking-club style round table discussion on cases seen by registered delegates.
